At Borough Standard, we want you to love what you order. If something’s not right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Because each item is custom printed, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect products. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the issue is confirmed.
